We are working exclusively with our client to identify a Global Manager who is a strong storyteller and will also be involved in translating corporate stories into business narratives and campaigns (Online & Offline).

Our client has established itself as a renowned enterprise with around 5,000 employees worldwide. They have a long history of building their success through the people and have profound cultural influence in Singapore. They now aim to bring this culture overseas.

This role is newly created and will directly report to the members of the Board of Directors. We are looking for a storyteller who will drive internal and external campaigns and initiatives to strengthen awareness and resonance of our brand with the company's stakeholders, working closely with our founders and the board members.

The Challenges

  • You will shape a multi-year brand vision and strategy, driving and implementing critical initiatives, including brand positioning campaigns to build visibility for our client's brands.
  • You will lead a diverse set of digital projects and initiatives with multiple business areas and divisions to meet your goals.
  • Manage and facilitate development and execution with in-house creative team or agencies/partners
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to leverage strategic corporate activities to differentiate the respective brands we carry, both online and offline.
  • Build talent identity and showcase our brands through the essence of our people and work closely with our Design team to enhance expressions and create a multi-faceted brand identity.
  • You will help us gain publicity through consistent and regular media coverage, mentions and exposure.
  • Establish new processes and guidelines to help define how different business areas should interact with and represent the brand.
    What it takes
  • Five years of experience managing corporate branding
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
