Cyber Security Team Lead

Role Purpose:

  • Manage related Identity and Access Management streams and activities.
  • Regular reviews and updates for Identity and access management policies and procedures across business entities
  • Technical implementation of identity and access management related tools
  • Managing CSB (Cyber Security Baseline) IDM & Telecom controls Controls and all the relevant projects.
  • Responsible for the implementation and effectiveness of Cyber Prevent Controls.
  • Governance of all inherited cyber security programs and work streams (i.e.: SecuRED - Group Audits)

Job Responsibility:
1. Manage Streams Delivery Process
Follow internal delivery processes to deliver cyber security programs requirements in alignment with global/local policies.
Ensure delivery of projects on time and within allocated budget.
Ensure that all streams running on the right track and fulfilling their main objectives.
2. Lead program team
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the program teams from different areas & backgrounds.
Handle conflicts & manage risks within project life cycle.
Leads by example, living the Vodafone Spirit behaviors.
3. Reporting / Interface
Issue reports for running streams to Cyber Security and Technology Management
4. Vendor Management
Manages building proper interface with different vendors.
- Ensure projects and activities delivery with vendors on time and within allocated budget.

Role Dimensions

As per the allocated Budget for Cyber Security Most common People Interfaces inside Technology department:

  • VFE Technology Departments
  • VFE Involved business teams
  • Vodafone Group

Role Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. Communication/Computer Engineering or Computer science is a must
  • More than 7 years’ experience in telecom environment and IT industry with at least 3 years of proved leadership skills.
  • Strong technical background in Telecom environment, IT and value added Services.
  • Excellent Knowledge about Cyber Security Controls and awareness of global cyber security standards and compliance programs is a MUST.
  • Strong technical background in Active directory, IT domains, Data Network, Data centre and storage.
  • CISM/CISSP Knowledge is a plus
  • Project Management Knowledge (PMP/Agile) is a Must
  • CCNA certificate is a plus
  • IT systems Architecture & Design Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of programming languages, specially Python & Java
  • Management & Leadership skills
  • Organizational, And interpersonal skills. Effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, Problem solver and organized.
