Responsibilities & Duties

  • Reading the drawings, Load schedules & SLD issued by Mep Engineer for corresponding projects.
  • Capable to takeoff Quantity from drawings and submit quantity to concern Engineer for approval & Responsible for control of the material and care of equipment and site labor resource to minimize the wastage, damage, and idling.
  • Ability to handle site team to complete the job in time and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
  • Make sure all Electrical labor is constantly employed efficiently and effectively & Ensure all work is carried out to quality and specification requirements and that documentation is completed on time.
  • Capable of handling Multiple projects.
  • Need to coordinate with other MEP department (PLUMBING, HVAC, FF & FA, ELV, LPG, SWIMMING POOL) in site as a part of work coordination.
  • Submitting the Electrical clearance report to Mep Engineer for site inspection before each slab casting/other work as per other Mep/civil requirement.

Academic & Trades Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Education Requirements

  • Core Knowledge in ELECTRICAL & capable of reading the drawings.
  • Knowledge in overall ELECTRICAL project execution in commercial, residential buildings & Highrise buildings.
  • Knowledge & experience in Bus bar system.

Working Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of work Experience in handling this section.
  • UAE Driving License is preferable. (More priority)
