! - Your role at Clorox:
The Tax Process Owner should serve as the process content expert and resource in supporting the effective performance of the SAP Tax processes across Latam. Should work closely with end users in countries to support issues resolution, ensure process adherence and adoption, support training program effectiveness, monitor process performance through KPI’s and process review routines, and ensure strong action plans are in place to address process, system, people, or data related issues impacting process performance
Reports to Int. Tax & Treasury Ass. Director and should be involved in identifying and defining process improvements through the monitoring of business results and process adherence within the SAP Sustainability Team
- In this role, you will:
- Support of Change Requests and System Enhancements-
- Ensure process adherence across geographies for Tax Processes-
- Support local Tax process team in reporting, KPI insights and action planning-
- Partner with other process owners in identifying and driving business meaningful improvement-
- Provide Power User content leadership, and ensure effective regional capability-
- Responsible for providing leadership in delivering on time technical solution to the business; configuration development for new Tax legislations or changes or for break/fix and enhancements connecting the business with R2R Process Leads and IT.- What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
Minimum 2 yrs. of SAP system knowledge
- Minimum 5 yrs. of TAX business process knowledge
Skills and Abilities:
Business Process knowledge in the context of SAP
- Solid operational and process/system knowledge specific to their process area
- Awareness of business intelligence reporting sources
- Training delivery and documentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, interpersonal, communication and team building skills
- Effective at working remotely and in a center led, geographically dispersed operating model
- Ability to lead continuous improvement project efforts
- Effective at integrating across processes, to understand upstream/downstream impacts
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with an ability to engage effectively across a range of organizational levels
Education Level/Degree:
College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- Worktype: Hybrid 1 day Office per week & 4 days Home Office
