Role Summary

Working in a fast-paced environment, the Immigration Case Specialist will support the administration of immigration services at Greenberg Hameed, focusing on Canadian issues.

What will you do?

• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and all record-keeping requirements.
• Assist with the management of our tracking system and collaborate with the team on process improvements

What you need to succeed:

• At least three years of experience working in a similar capacity in corporate immigration;
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR registration with CICC
• Sound knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, procedures, laws and regulations;
• You are self-motivated and always striving to learn and contribute to the growth of the company;
• You’re a team player, but have the ability to work independently;
• You have the ability to multi-task within a high-volume environment and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency;
• You love working with people, including internal team members and clients, and you exemplify excellent verbal and communication skills;
• You know how to use a computer, including Microsoft Office Suite and can navigate through IRCC’s websites without assistance;
• Your files are always organized, and you have a strong eye for detail;
• You’re an out-of-the-box thinker, with a positive attitude and sound judgement.
