Description
We are seeking a Captain to take command of our 32-meter super yacht.
Roles & Responsibilities
- As the captain you are in charge of the entire vessel and responsible for all related aspects of this role (operations, management and administration)
- You are responsible for the safety of the passengers, the crew and the yacht.
- You are also in charge of crew management, ensure safe navigation rules and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the yachts and equipment's are clean, well-maintained and charter-ready condition.
- Responsibilities include:
- Safely navigate the boat during all charters
- Maintain the safety of both the crew and guests on-board
- Voyage / Itinerary planning
- Welcome guests on-board
- Crew Management
- Hold Safety & General information briefing
- Organise annual haul out
Requirement
- You possess a Yacht Master 200 ton Commercially endorsed license.
- You possess up-to-date ENG 1 Health Certificate & SCTW Safety Certs.
- You are self-motivated and are prepared for a long-term commitment.
- You have a calm and appealing personality and are skilled at dealing with both crew and guests.
- You know how to operate and perform basic trouble shooting on-board.
- Knowledge of Singapore national waters, which include the position of islands, reefs, shipping lanes, currents, tides and hazards.
- Available to start immediately.
- Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
