Freelance Trainer : Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator - TETA

Inherent requirements:
Matric
3 - 5 years’ experience as a trainer and/or lecturer
Registered Assessor and/or Moderator in one or more of the following qualifications:
GETC : Transport (59300)
NC : Freight Handling (57381)
NC: Professional Driving (50285)
Registered with with the following SETA; Transport Education Training Authority (TETA)
Willing to travel
Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle
Well versed in the English language and at least one other official South African language
Familiarity with traditional and modern (online) job training methods and techniques
Duties and responsibilities:
Train course material to trainees as and when required
Provide required learner support via electronic channels
Manage administration duties by maintaining accurate records and feedback effectively
Manage employed and unemployed learners effectively
Provide support and monitor learner progress
Adhere to the codes of conduct of the Company and the SETA’s
Continuously keep updated on the developments in course material that you are accredited to train
Continuously be in contact with the Project Manager throughout the training intervention
