Salary - AED 3000 - 5000 + Sales Commission

Responsibilities:
- Manage the process from taking the job order to advertising, screening, selection and confirming new starters.
- Liaising and coordinating recruitment requirement’s alongside overseas recruitment partners.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or specialization in HR referred.
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing and staffing blue collar staff
- Experience and knowledge of sourcing Blue Collar workers from different countries.
- Proven experience of volume hiring across a diverse workforce
- Must have work experience working in a Recruitment Agency.
- Knowledge of current sourcing and staffing strategies.
- Must know to speak both Hindi and English language
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
