Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
This position will require you to support both guests and the establishment with any query they may have while consistently offering them great customer service.

This will involve:

  • Maintaining relationships with guests and the establishment
  • Communicating and educating guests and the establishment on procedures and policies
  • Assisting guests with the booking process and offering post-booking assistance

  • Completing assigned work before deadlines and in an professional manner
