Job Requirements:
- Original ID Document - No certified copies will be accepted
- South African Bank Account (we do not accept 3rd party bank accounts)
- Tax Number
- Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Tertiary qualification or certification completed in English
- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- Computer literate
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the customer service space (advantageous)
- Basic understanding and knowledge of the UK Energy market (advantageous)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent command and use of English, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and numeric skills
- Able to navigate through various systems at once
- Good attendance and performance record
- Reliable transport to Umhlanga
- Ability to bring insights and think out of the box
- Maintain a high performance
Duties Include:
- Maintaining a customer’s account and ensuring the account is in a healthy state
- Issue resolution on cases and processes escalated to the team (Back-office work)
- Occasionally taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures from broader team
- Working with various parts of the business to resolve issues
- Performing general admin duties
- Processing invoices and bills for the customer accounts
- Providing world class customer service
Working Hours**:
- 09H00-19H00 (ROTATIONAL SHIFTS) (SUBJECT TO UK CLOCKCHANGE) (MON-FRI) / ALTERNATE SATURDAYS
