Description
The Position:
- Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Creates project plans and maintains project objectives. Lead the planning and implementation of project.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Manage project budget and resource, plan and schedule project timelines.
- Monitor and manage project deliverables, provide direction and support to project team and maintains project quality assurance.
- Prepare report defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Reporting on progress of the project to the Project Steering Committee and Stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Proper handover and closure of project to respective stakeholders and operational team.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Require to travel to the Northern or Southern region in Peninsular due to project requirements.
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Academics and Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary or Food Service Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven food and beverage management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- May be required to travel to Northern or Southern locations (valid driver's license may be required).
- Full-Time position.
- 5.5-day week - supporting alternate Saturdays
- Working hours - 9.00am to 6.00pm (Saturdays - 9.00am to 1.00pm).
- Ability to read, write and converse in both Mandarin and English.
- Must be willing to work in Northern Region (Kedah, Perlis & Penang).
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary - RM3000.00 to RM4000.00
- Annual Leave - 12 days
