We are looking for a qualified and reliable Building Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance Company.
Duties and Responsible;
- well known about pricing and making quotation
- Maintaining, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures (painting, plumbing, HVAC and Electric work).
- Advanced knowledge of building management & MEP Work
- Good communication skills Committed to delivering a high level of customer service Strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure, can handle daily issue
- Ability to work on their own Previous experience of facilities management Proficient, at an advanced level, with computers and relevant computer programs
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
