A National Senior Certificate.
Trade tested Fitter or Fitter & Turner or Millwright.
A minimum of 6 years experience as a red seal artisan in a maintenance/plant environment.
Must have at least 2 years experience in FMCG environment as an Artisan.
Excellent communication skills, proactive, knowledge seeking character.
Excellent analytical thinking, self-driven, responsible and accountable.
Excellent record keeping and meticulous housekeeping.
Excellent stress management and ability to interact with diverse team.
Have a sound technical ability, focus on mechanical, but multidisciplinary knowledge of manufacturing plant and process is expected.
Have a sound knowledge of the OSH Act and Regulations High safety awareness.
