Your job
As a client officer you are responsible for welcoming new clients by telephone and for supporting existing clients ( companies that wish to sell their invoices on our platform)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contact by phone the companies already interested (no cold call) by our solution and present our services to them
- Determine the eligibility of companies using available resources
- Support companies in registering on the platform and uploading an invoice
- Ensure the administrative follow-up from making contact until the posting of a first invoice
- Identify and prioritize customer requests and needs
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
What is your profile?
- A commercial soul and customer service oriented
- Perfect knowledge of French with a good level of English
- Be able to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors, understand their concerns and answer their questions
- Persevering, you know how to convince customers to choose our service
- Patient, you have good resistance to stress
- Organization is one of your strengths
- Flexible, you easily adapt to changes
- Autonomous and resourceful, you are not afraid to learn and to propose solutions
- Interested in new technologies
- Comfortable with the Office suite
- Commercial experience is a plus
