Medical Insurance Manager

Top Care Medical Center looking for a Medical Insurance Manager-Male Only with a minimum of 5 years related experience in Healtcare field, Attractive Salary Pacakge

Responsibilities:

• Revenue Cycle Management.
• Manage the Daily operations, pre-approvals, claims Medical auditing before submitting them to Insurance companies.
• Evaluation of medical necessity and consistency of diagnosis.
• Claims adjudication as per DOH guidelines.
• Monitor and analysis rejections rates and denial reasons, perform claims review according to, medical necessity and prepare the rejected claims for re submission process.
• Manage Medical coding & proper documentation-Medical Billing cycle and its direct influence on the revenue cycle.
• Supervises and monitors skills to fulfil the tasks requirements according to operational performance indicators KPI for current staff and New Joiners.
• SPC Contracting and re-contracting process and to negotiate with Insurace Companies.
• Audit management by the Insurance Company, Government Authorities including TASNEEF/ JAWDAH

Salary: Up to AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Medical Insurance Experience in Abu Dhabi: 5 years (preferred)
