Field Service Engineer Graduate (Barcelona) Job:

The Field Service Engineer Graduate (FSE), guided by the Field Service Team, is responsible for the maintenance of medical electronic equipment offered by Boston Scientific. Services are predominantly provided for customers in hospitals, outpatient facilities and physician’s offices.
Responsibilities of the role:
- With the supervision, guidance or remote support of the Field Service Team, performs Installations, Troubleshooting, Preventative and Corrective Maintenance, Repairs and Upgrades.
- Timely completes and submits all required paperwork as well ticket closure.
- Communicates with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
- Performs mostly routine technical assignments requiring basic interpretation of established procedures.
What are we looking for in you:
- Studies or apprenticeship background in electronic/mecanichal
- Based in Barcelona
- Little to no field experience
- Motivated individualwith basic technical skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good English level (B2 or higher)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
