OPERATIONS

Covering the entire order journey, we create our online content, secure payments and fraud process compliance, ensure order fulfilment and delivery, while providing customer and partner care. LISBON
Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano!
THE ROLE
The Fraud Partner will manage the fraud performance of specific regions and business units on the Farfetch platform. You will collaborate with our Analytics team, Fraud Operations, Technology, our fraud service providers and more to identify opportunities and risks, and act on them. You will report to the Fraud Senior Manager, while your peers will be fellow Fraud Partners with differing areas of focus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee the fraud performance of specific regions and business units on the Farfetch platform, finding ways to optimize results and identify risks. KPIs will include chargeback rates, fraud cost, conversion rate, fraud accuracy rates and more.
- Collaborate with your stakeholders to help them achieve their aims through fraud initiatives.
- Deliver projects, streams of work and continuous improvements with multiple teams, such as technology, product, data science, finance, compliance, customer service, payments, our external fraud providers and more.
- Connect the dots. You'll connect diverse people around the business.
- Ensure communication into and from the team, and that the great work and insight in the team is finding the right audience so we can act on our opportunities and challenges.
WHO YOU ARE
- A professional with 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or risk. Fraud experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- You'll have the capability to communicate with many different kinds of people inside and outside the business.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of building strong relationships with diverse teams.
- You like to get out from your desk and make things happen.
- A natural organiser, able to break complex challenges into easy to manage parts.
- A very strong team player that knows how to work with others to get things done.
- Comfortable in uncertain and fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in English.
