Stock Controller/administration

GAAP Point of Sale is recruiting a Stock Controller. The position is based at our offices in Mthatha, and the successful applicant will be reporting to the *Assistant Branch Manager *or their nomineesat GAAP where applicable.

Job Specification:

• Stock management
• Receiving and Sending/packaging of stock - dealing with courier company
• Responsible for maintaining Stock Procedures
• Assisting with maintaining ALL stock levels for All branches and all GAAP Products in the GAAP EC Region
• Assisting with ALL GDT Stock Repairs
• Assisting with ALL Stock Administration for all branches in the GAAP EC Region
• Assisting with managing Monthly and Weekly Stock Takes for all branches in the GAAP EC Region
• Handling Receiving, Couriering and All Courier Administration for of All stock
• Portray a professional and well-presented image of the company.
• Assisting departments when required with general administration duties eg. filing.
• Attend to queries coming from George, EL and Mthatha offices.

Minimum Requirements Competencies:

• Must have a valid Matric certificate.
• Must be computer literate.
• An individual with good communication, interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• A friendly attitude towards clients and staff is imperative.
• Must be a team player, be able to work independently, be well organised and pay attention to detail.
