Support in running the Coworking space of Brinc Batelco and support in executing local and regional operational and administrative tasks within the organization.

  • Admin.
  • Receiving and sending documents & packages.
  • Arrange hotel & flight bookings.
  • Logistics Management.
  • Assist in ensuring employee's alignment to processes (Payments, leaves).
  • 2-Human Resources.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Health Insurance management.
  • Leaves tracking.
  • Performance Evaluation tracking.
  • Employees' Documents tracking (staff records).
  • Employees parking management.
  • Finance
  • Onboarding employees to systems.
  • Health insurance management.
  • Employee reimbursement management.
  • Assist in annual budgeting for expenses.
  • Assist in annual financial audits.
  • Assist in VAT reports production.
  • Accounting
  • Assist in Expenses tracking.
  • Assist in Income tracking.
  • Assist in Credit card reconciliation.
  • Assist in Petty cash reconciliation.
  • Assist in Accounts Payable management.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivables management.

  • Draft contracts for coworking clients.
  • Securing contract renewals.
  • Looking after clients.
  • Following up with clients on payments.
  • Invoicing clients and sending payment receipts.
  • Attend ecosystem events with the Operations Team.
  • Give coworking space tours to clients.
  • Work with the marketing and operations team to produce promotional coworking content.
  • Provide logistics support to hosted events.

4. Desired outcomes

  • Full management of the Coworking space.
  • Drive the overall coworking sales.
  • Ensure smooth assistance in the day-to-day local and some regional operations.
  • Complete assistance in records management.

Requirements:
1.Ideal Experience

  • Worked with Startups and/or Accelerators and Incubators.
  • 1-3 years experience in the Business Management field (ie. Operations, HR, Accounting, and Finance).

2.Nice to have

  • MBA in Business Management.
  • Commercial Law knowledge.
  • Labor Law knowledge.
