Company manufactures some of the best solutions for all flooring, coating, lining, fireproofing, concrete rehabilitation, grating, waterproofing and structural systems.
Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist position encompasses the Workforce Planning, Recruitment and Selection of Talent, Induction and Onboarding as well as compilation, review and grading of Job Profiles. You will report to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company organogram is updated and available when required
- Recruitment, ensure that the Company attracts and employs individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to reach the required business objectives.
- Induction and onboarding
- Ensure that job profiles are in place to inform recruitment requirements and job performance requirements.
- Ensure that staff that are terminated have no further access to systems
- Ensure that the HR Department is agile and able to adapt to new requirements
Requirements:
- Suitable HR Qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment position preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of current relevant legislation
- Understanding of HR Best Practice (Targeted Selection/Behaviourally Based Interviewing Knowledge would be advantageous)
- Fully computer literate (preferably on O365 and Sage)
- Works well in a team environment
- Strong consulting skills
- Presentation Skills
- Ability to improve and implement new practices
- Results Driven
- Strong sense of urgency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R25,000.00 - R32,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
