Main duties include:

  • Managing phone calls.
  • World processing, spreadsheets, presentations, filing.
  • Design, update and monitor company databases.
  • Provide support to sales team.
  • Database management.

You must have:

  • Highly organized with attention to details.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Be innovative at problem solving.

Experience: 2 years min. in Admin office position
