Repairs and Maintenance Admin Person Wanted for

Must have own transport

• Must be able to work with technology (preferably a young guy as a lot will be on their cell phone and laptop)
• Some knowledge about repairs and maintenance will be beneficial (worked in construction, hardware store or something like that)
• Salary expectation will also be less than R10 000 (however, the more they take on they more they will make obviously)
• Willing to work after hours, if needed (will be compensated for that)
• Working hours will be normal office hours as they will be expected to be in the office and not work from home, Mon - Fri 8am-5pm, every second Sat 8am - 1pm
• They will need to check the quality of work that is being done (is the roof painted correctly, will be doing ingoing/exit/interim inspections etc)
