Description
Residential building for seniors in Acton requires a full-time Superintendent. Applicants must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Able to perform cleaning duties, monitor building systems, perform small repairs, paint, track inventory and liaise with residents, repair contractors and property manager. Position suitable for individual or couple.
Salary: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
