Description
Recruitment and selection
- Advertise approved vacancies internally and externally through approved advertising mediums
- Assisting with the coordination of demo days and gaming events for recruitment purposes
- Liaising with and maintaining good relations with external recruitment stakeholders (i.e. career portals, tertiary institutions, recruitment agencies etc.)
- Scheduling of interviews (1st through to final)
- Administering skills assessments at first round interviews
- Maintaining all electronic and hardcopy recruitment files and databases
- Log OTRS ticket for all new starters
- Induction
- Notify all relevant stakeholders of New Starter details and organise New Starter set up
- Compiling New Starter induction packs and employment contracts
- Put together New Starter welcome pack
- Assist with New Starter induction in the absence of the HR Manager
- HR administration
- Maintaining all physical and electronic employee files
- Leave reconciliations
- Updating and maintaining all relevant HR databases for reporting purposes (i.e. monthly reporting, EE reports, training reports, etc)
- Conducting HR audits where required
- Ad hoc HR reporting where required
- Adding new employees and making amendments to company branch list monthly
- Compile monthly recharges for approval and submit to relevant stakeholders
- EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
- Arranging trauma counselling if required and obtaining proof of attendance
- Injuries on duty
- Submission of all workplace injuries to the Compensation Commissioner through the online submissions portal
- Follow up on pending claim numbers and existing claims
- Liaise with employees and relevant medical practitioners to obtain relevant supporting documentation
- Wiki
- Assist with maintaining employee profiles on the Wiki
- Assist with maintaining and updating HR information on the Wiki
- Benefit administration
- Schedule meetings for employees with the company broker
- Training
- Capturing training attendance registers
- Obtaining training feedback reports
- Terminations
- Ensuring tickets are logged to close user accounts of terminated employees
- Assist with exit interviews in the absence of the HR Manager
- Remove terminated employees from the company branch list
- Administering relevant termination paperwork and compiling a termination pack for approval
- Health and safety
- Assisting with ad hoc health and safety tasks as and when required
- Staff wellness
- Assist with coordinating ad hoc staff functions/events/wellness drives as and when required
REUIREMENT
Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
Certificate/Diploma in HR Management or similar qualification essential
2 years’ relevant payroll experience essential (VIP experience advantageous)
2 years’ relevant recruitment experience essential
1 year relevant HR Administration experience essential
