Administrative Assistant (Preferred with Experience in a School setting)
Duties & responsibilities
- Work with a senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitfully relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Assist in creating policy and procedures
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, magazines or proposals for donation approach.
- Assist the management team on their daily needs
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration
Requirements:
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership, writing and communication skills
- Experience in project management and/or marketing
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
SALARY NEGOTIABLE
Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
- administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)
