The Human Resources team is looking for an HR Generalist Intern supporting during 8 to 12 months.

The role:
As an HR Generalist Intern, your primary function will be to assist the HR team across a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks that support TEAM’s business objectives and employee-focused initiatives. Additionally, you will learn how to develop and implement strategic organisational effectiveness initiatives that enhance performance, productivity and employee engagement.
Essential components of the role also include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Update and maintain company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
  • Help with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparation of staff announcements, organisation of staff relocations, preparation of employee offer documents and employment contracts
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of company and employee events
  • Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Help with HR statistics and KPIs

The position will be based at TEAM’s HQ in Lucerne, Switzerland.
