Currently we are searching for a Data Capturer for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
Verify entered Organisational data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data and purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Capture data from paper based tools onto the database and ensure that all information to date has been captured.
Resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the relevant staff member for resolution.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Identify and communicate any issues that are delaying progress in a timely manner.
Review the existing database and advise on ways of improving the database.
Requirements of this Post:
Grade 12.
Two years experience as data capturer.
Excellent typing speed.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
Ability to multitask effectively.
