Purpose of the Job:
Job Objectives:
- Distribute promotions and marketing materials
- Ad hoc admin and filing as required
- Invoice & contract updates and tracking
- Ensuring product packshots are correct on the website
- Billing of suppliers
- Communicating with clients
- Keeping all external payments updated
- Scheduling of advertising
- Ensuring deadlines of print & digital advertisements are met
- Compilation of monthly advertising
- Constructing proposals
- Co-ordinating advertising with internal and external stakeholders
- Loading promotions on all advertisements
- OOS report on marketing activities
- Arranging and co-ordinating events and Expo’s
- Assisting with marketing projects
- Gathering information on projects and reporting on the results
Qualifications:
Essential
- Grade 12 qualification
- Valid Drivers liscence
Experience:
Essential
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in an Administrative role
Knowledge and Skills:
Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- fluent in English and at least one other official language.
- Detail oriented
- Computer literacy (MS Office with emphasis on Excel)
