Commis 1 - Sushi

Responsibilities:

  • Must have a through understanding on SUSHI and its preparations
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Monitor food quality while preparing food.
  • Respect and ensure full responsibility of HACCP and Hygiene standard.
  • Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles.
  • Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  • As a Sushi Commis Chef, you will be cleaning fish, rolling, and preparing variety of sushi, maki, sashimi, using cooked and raw fish. You will be responsible on your section and supporting your team in the restaurant.

Qualifications:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Salary: AED2,000.00 per month
