*Responsibilities include typing specifications, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. Ultimately, supporting our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.

*Responsibilities will include, maintaining and updating electronic information on samples/catalogs/pre qualifications library.

*File documents in physical and digital records

*Check for accuracy and edit files, like project specifications.

*Reviewing specifications/technical documents (from third party sub consultants) along with the ability to spot errors.

*Responsible for keeping all the Project Documents, assisting Team in relations to preparation of Tender Documents, Letters, assisting to handle the daily administrational work.

*Any other task/s that may be assigned as per project requirements.

*Bachelor’s Degree / Computer certificate or Administration.

*2 - 8 years of experience

*Previous experience gained with a large consultancy firm in the gulf region would be highly beneficial.

*Ability to communicate perfectly in English, both verbal and written.
