Description
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Work experience as a Service Advisor or Warranty Clerk in the motor industry
- Matric or N3 qualification
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- DMS experience (Automate, Evolve, ADP/ Kerridge) will be an advantage
- A very strong technical and administrative background
- Previous dealership experience including warranty procedures
- An excellent understanding of automotive components
Duties:
- Prepare, review and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer in line with standard operating procedures and OEM requirements.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edenvale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Service Advisor OR Warranty Clerk: 3 years (required)
