Food & Beverage Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all safety equipment is being used properly
- Possess park knowledge to answer guest questions when potentially encountered
- Prepare for and complete inventories of the warehouse and food locations
- Key data on items delivered to the food locations in the computer accounting system
- Verify all received items are recognized in the computer accounting system and inventory system
- Key data on items received into the computer accounting system
- Verify receipts of items in order using the purchase order and notify food & beverage managers of any discrepancies
- Count and document food and small-wares received
- Provides guest service according to Company’s standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Company’s Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
- Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Meets Company's attendance requirements
- Adheres to Company's Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards.
- Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull certain items up to 75 pounds frequently, and in excess of 75 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor locations. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions such as extremely hot and cold temperatures, rain, snow, sleet, and going into coolers and freezers with temperatures as low as -40F.
- Ability to drive, and operate, a park vehicle on and off park premises while obeying all traffic and safety laws.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree
Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
