REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years experience in administration with strong customer communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Strong commitment ensuring work is scheduled and completed timeously
  • Very good English skills, written and spoken
  • High attention to detail
  • 3 days working in the office in Stellenbosch and 2 days remote working

DUTIES

  • Liaison between Properties, the Managers, Clients and the cleaning staff
  • Scheduling of daily work
  • Following up on work in progress and work completion
  • Quotations
  • Ensuring communication is detailed to all parties in order for the job to be completed well first time around
  • Constant client interaction
  • Manage spreadsheets for various properties and clients
  • Assisting the Director with tasks required
  • General administration duties required within the department

Salary: R15 R20k per month, dependent on experience
