Essential Experience:

• Significant management experience in a risk, compliance or audit position within the Financial Services and/or IT industry.
• Knowledge of risk and controls, market products used by all three front line business sectors, Front to Back processes and Trading IT systems.
• Strong 2LOD experience
• Understanding of Operational Resilience requirements (business side).
• Ability to engage with IT on Systems status and Risks (high level only).
• Advanced level of PC Skills (particularly Excel).
