The Nerdiest bar in Toronto is currently looking to add exceptional Server-Supervisors to our team to prepare for our large patio!
Storm Crow Manor is located in Toronto's LGBTQ Village in a renovated Victorian mansion. Boasting two floors of guest seating and a soon-to-be opened 120-seat patio, this job requires active and guest-focused individuals to continue to promote the nerdy culture while being their individualized selves.
Servers/Knights of Storm Crow must possess the following attributes before applying:
- Be charismatic! We're not looking exclusively for NERDS, but be able to hold a conversation with our guests who may be!
- Be teamwork-oriented! We tip-pool with the other servers and bartenders here. Working well with others promotes our vision of a positive team culture!
- Be knowledgeable! Our food and beverage menus are extensive and require applicants to put in work and effort to study and know them!
- Be open! Availability must be open to be considered for employment. We will be opening our patio as soon as we can. As we ramp up, training will be completed on a part-time basis.
- Be adaptable! We get it - you're joining a brand new team of seasoned restaurant people who you may be leading! Being attentive to details and supportive to your trainers will benefit your success as a Supervisor - or as we call them: Paladins!
