Job Profile
They are looking for a results-driven Marketing person to develop, implement, track, and optimize their digital marketing campaigns
Take responsibility for the branding, general promotional gear, and all other marketing-related activities across all digital channels to drive demand and growth
In this role, youll support the marketing plan to drive demand and growth, and your duties will include but are not limited to:
Community Management on owned social media pages for various brands
Manage the CI of the business
Work with all the brands in the business
Coordinate, upgrade artwork and packaging
Arrange marketing material for Events/Shows and business days at customers
Arrange marketing and advertising material for Magazines etc
Day to day handling of social channels
Campaign execution via digital channel and reporting on analytics
Influencer Management and reporting
Traditional Marketing activities as required (Own sales enablement: Develop social selling and marketing collateral)
Analyse competitor activity
Copywriting where required
Generate demand through various digital channels
Compilation of trackable scorecard on a platform accessible to management
Manage and optimize content and conversions for digital marketing campaigns, including
Minimum Requirements
Marketing or journalism qualification Higher Diploma or Degree
1 to 2 years experience in a social media marketing or junior marketing role
Previous experience or knowledge of a related industry would be beneficial
Digitally savvy and excellent social media management skills and content curation
Familiar with technology platforms and good knowledge of digital platforms and systems
such as SEO, Website management, Newsletter marketing, online advertising
Self-Starter who is able to think like an entrepreneur and integrate into various teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Required to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team
Data-driven and analytical
Knowledge of GDPR and POPI
