Server

Responsibilities:

• Interact with Guests and suggest items that meet their needs
• Deliver an unpretentious, sociable experience
• Process orders and payments in a timely manner
• Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
• Promote and engage all Guests in Local and National promotions
• Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety

Program

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a similar environment an asset
• Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service training mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, personable, and confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work flexible shifts
• Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment

Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Inform Guests of beverage selection
• Prepare all beverages to Brand standard
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization and Brand appearance
• Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
• Promote and engage all Guests in Local and National promotions
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety

Program

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high volume casual dining restaurant an asset
• Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service training mandatory
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team oriented with the ability to build and foster positive relationships
• Energetic, personable, confident and engaging
• Able to work flexible shifts
• Excellent team work and communication skills

We could provide accommodation and meals for employees, and reimburses some of fuel cost for long distance employee.
