Credit Suisse Global Marketing is looking for a highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic designer who can thrive in a deadline-driven, ever-changing atmosphere. Exceptional design skills related to producing a broad range of event and brand-focused deliverables. Ability to execute at scale across platforms—from virtual to physical events. Able to work successfully with a variety of internal, external, and global stakeholders to provide end to end experiential design expertise. You must pride yourself on having impeccable attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively. Global Events and Live Marketing, a vertical within the Global Marketing Team, consists of creative thinkers, production experts and event strategists who develop engaging experiences for our clients and internal stakeholders. Our team is situated across the globe and work as a cohesive team with the vision of leading the industry with best-in-class events that leave lasting value. This role will dotted line into our brand strategy team, where you will work alongside strategists and creatives who are moving our brand forward and making us future ready. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
Your skills and experience
You are a creative genius, innovative thinker, and positive contributor to a global team with the ambition to delivering high quality, inspiring design to our global events.
- Develop an end-to-end experiential design plan for a variety of different types of events, from thought-leader conferences to high touch dinners and networking events, including pre-event marketing assets to onsite branding and signage as well as stage design, décor, and lighting
- Translate Credit Suisse’s brand vision to a variety of platforms including experiential design (both physical and virtual), campaigns and other touchpoints
- Work with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to implement your design plans
- Creation of and/or overseeing of layouts, diagrams, and templates
- Maintain stakeholder communication through all channels, to ensure smooth execution
- Work within an operational excellence environment with the ability to identify and share process improvements and efficiencies across the extended team
- Review and provide feedback for vendor execution and capabilities
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
