EIT Health Central Office in Munich
EIT Health, a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) under the umbrella of the European Institute of
Innovation and Technology (EIT), focuses on promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and education in the
domain of healthy living and active ageing. EIT Health brings together leading organisations along the entire
value chain - including smaller companies, larger industry, excellent academic and research institutions, and
public sector organisations - to promote healthy living, support active ageing and improve healthcare. We seek
to accomplish this by removing barriers to innovation, building talent and education, leveraging enabling
technologies, and exploiting big data. EIT Health’s Central Office is in Munich, and it develops its activities across
a network of Regional Innovation Hubs in Paris, Dublin, Barcelona, Rotterdam, Stockholm, Vienna and
Mannheim. In addition, the InnoStars office in Budapest involves Partners from Hungary, Italy, Poland and
Portugal. EIT Health includes more than150 partners.
EIT Health executes a portfolio of 100+ projects per year and is therefore now seeking to appoint a Team
Assistant for its Central Office in Munich.
You will be part of our assistant team, reporting to the Chief of Staff.
- Your responsibilities:
- Support EIT Health C-Level leadership by taking over administrative and coordination duties in a
- timely manner in a fast-paced environment.- Represent the C-Level of the organisation internally and externally in a professional manner with
- high level contacts.- Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate diplomacy and excellent
- judgment in dealing with sensitive situations.- Secure timely delivery of correspondence for different stakeholders through the preparation of
- letters, reports and presentations.- Handle logístical and organisational preparation of C-Level initiated meetings for all managerial
- levels of the organisation.- Secure timely and correct administration and budgetary oversight for C-Level meetings.
- Support C-level work with desk research, presentation coordination and ad-hoc administrative
duties.
- Your functional skills and experience:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Team Assistant or in a comparable position, preferably in an
- international and fast-paced environment.- You have very good verbal and written communication skills in English (office language) and
- German. Additional European languages are a plus.-
- You have excellent organisational and multitasking skills and will stay focused in terms of a higher
workload or close deadlines.

- You are solution-oriented, discreet and possess a high level of independence.
- You are a team player, and you have the capability to build trustful relationships with your
- colleagues and external stakeholders.- You are a self-confident, positive, and open-minded personality who also appreciates humour.
Location
The role is full-time or part-time based in Munich, Germany.
