Description
The Property Administrator is the first point of contact of the buyers and homeowners for any concerns in the subdivision. The position is mainly responsible for maintaining good customer relations and sustaining subdivision value by ensuring policies are followed by homeowners. The position is also expected to assist in move-in activities, seeing to it that these are executed timely and within the allotted budget. This position also coordinates with appropriate internal and external parties to resolve homeowner issues and concerns.
Job Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Business Studies, Communications courses or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in Customer Service or Property Management
- Customer service oriented and must possess excellent communication, excellent data analysis and perform duties with utmost professional manner
Work Arrangement
- 6-days work week
- Available for permanent and temporary contract

- Trece Martires, Cavite
- Lipa City, Batangas
