DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, or related field.

  2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in Information Technology or similar field preferred.

  3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Installing new software and hardware components and IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.

  2. Assist in network administration, installation and monitoring of CCTV cameras.

  3. Ensuring data storage is safe and secure (But the data storage is handling with china team and sir kong)

  4. Resolving all issues co-workers have with their IT systems and software.

  5. Educating co-workers about network security and best practices for computer usage.

  6. Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

  7. Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.

  8. Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. (No Security license for AD, Microsoft, and Branding Application)

  9. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

  10. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. (No redundant Devices such as firewall and core switch. No backup equipment)

  11. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring WIFI usage bandwidth.

  12. Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.

  13. Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.


Salary: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
