Sneaker Factory *has an exciting opportunity available for a *Designate *Planner: Omni Channel. If you would like to join a *dynamic, fast growing **retailer in South Africa, and you possess the following abilities then this is the ideal position for you.
Key activities include:
- Operational functioning of the Ecommerce channel
- Exploitation of opportunities in Omnichannel
- Implementing Product Merchants strategy to optimise online performance and growth
- Managing website product availability and accuracy to be inline to the strategy
- Compiling and analysing reports on performance, trends and requirements for Ecommerce
- Managing stock levels and age in the online channel
- Implementing and managing online promotions
- Customer Relationship Management
- Oversee OneStock
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to:
Stores, Field, Logistics, Marketing, Central Ecomm, Infotec Omni Systems, and Group Customer Contact Centre
Key Requirements:
- A high degree of numeracy and an analytical, detailed and strategic approach to work
- Computer literacy in word, excel (advance)
- Strong business acumen and merchant thinking
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Competency in customer communication and relationship management
- Proven decision-making ability
