Main Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Brand Manager and the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will:
- Provide support to the Brand Lead in a series of administrative tasks
Work on the implementation of Brand Plans, including:
On Trade, Off Trade and E-retail activations.
- Brand Events and Experiences.
- Amplification through media.
- Development of tools and ritual services.
- CRM, partnerships, and advocacy plans.
To develop those projects, the ABM will work closely with trade marketing, sales and external agencies.
- Support on A&P management: Creation of Purchase orders and A&P budget follow up with the brand lead
- Develop Market research: Analysis of Market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities and industry dynamics, delivering reports that will be used for the brand plans
- Build reports: deliver sales analysis, monthly reports, post-mortems and other ad-hoc reports.
- POSM management: logistics and follow up.
- Learn and develop the required skillset to become a Junior Brand Manager in the future
Profile:
Education: Graduate / master’s degree within the last 3 years due to contractual requirements:
Languages: Spanish and English. French is a plus.
- Professional experience & know how: Ideally 2 years of experience in Marketing or related sector
- Driven and results oriented
- Strong capacity to organise and prioritise
- Good communicator
- Multitasking
- Strong interest in Luxury / Wines & Spirits industry
- Analytical skills
- Power Point, Excel, SAP is a plus
