Internship 1 Year - Assistant Brand Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Brand Manager and the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will:

  • Provide support to the Brand Lead in a series of administrative tasks
  • Work on the implementation of Brand Plans, including:

  • On Trade, Off Trade and E-retail activations.

  • Brand Events and Experiences.
  • Amplification through media.
  • Development of tools and ritual services.
  • CRM, partnerships, and advocacy plans.

To develop those projects, the ABM will work closely with trade marketing, sales and external agencies.

  • Support on A&P management: Creation of Purchase orders and A&P budget follow up with the brand lead
  • Develop Market research: Analysis of Market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities and industry dynamics, delivering reports that will be used for the brand plans
  • Build reports: deliver sales analysis, monthly reports, post-mortems and other ad-hoc reports.
  • POSM management: logistics and follow up.
  • Learn and develop the required skillset to become a Junior Brand Manager in the future

Profile:

  • Education: Graduate / master’s degree within the last 3 years due to contractual requirements:

  • Languages: Spanish and English. French is a plus.

  • Professional experience & know how: Ideally 2 years of experience in Marketing or related sector
  • Driven and results oriented
  • Strong capacity to organise and prioritise
  • Good communicator

  • Strong interest in Luxury / Wines & Spirits industry
  • Analytical skills
  • Power Point, Excel, SAP is a plus
