  • CRM skills and a client centric mindset are key, for this reason you will constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships
  • Operational excellence is extremely important to the success of the boutique. To achieve it, you will carry out administrative tasks such as aftersales follow up, control inventory quality and efficiently replying to all customer queries

Primary responsabilities:

  • Achieve preset sales objectives.
  • Develop network and clientele.
  • Capture client information; consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales
  • Possess strong product knowledge of the various collections
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after sales service techniques.
  • Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store

How will you experience success with us?

  • We are looking for a Sales Associate with a solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail, preferably within leather products, writing instruments and jewellery

  • Native Spanish speaker and good level of English.
