The Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Operations Manager who will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that the organization meets and exceeds business objectives while maintaining consistency in all financial and operational KPIs. It entails evaluating and improving current and proposed operational systems and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk. The SOM will also be monitoring financial and operational metrics to ensure that organizational goals are met.
To be qualified for this role, you must have Operations Management and Financial Management experience.
Salary: R33,000.00 per month
