Must have strong written and verbal communication skills ( English and Hindi are required and other languages will be an added advantage )
Must Have Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, Software Installation and troubleshooting ,Basic knowledge in network, experience in remote support is a plus
Installing, configuring Access points Maintaining CCTV & IP Telephony Systems Good understanding of Windows servers, virtualization, different cloud services
