Leon Cycle is an e-bike business established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 15 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, and trekking e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our own retail stores and franchise as well as dealer networks worldwide.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Management and leadership of Leon Cycle EU supply chain, warehouse and logistics operations
- Manage all custom related tasks, control of related expenses in the port of destination.
- Business partner with sales team to ensure all supply chain, logístical issues and warehouse operations is running efficiently to support business sales growth
- Build and establish SOPs and protocols for logistics and warehouse team (if any)
- Manage any other adhoc operations duties related to supply chain operations as and when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years of operations management and support experience with supply chain, logistics and warehouse exposures
- Previously worked for a retail / trading and/or E-Commerce business
- Able to work independently and very hands on
- Ability to handle duties in warehouse and logistics and freight support, including customs clearance
- Chinese speaker.
- Strong team player mindset with hands-on ability to also handle daily execution
- Has worked in a small to mid size business before, can multi-task
