Holman has an outstanding in-office opportunity for a Credit Card Specialist (Internal Title: Credit Card Services Administrator).
What will you do?
- Utilization of Holman proprietary systems to manage all day to day responsibilities
- Management of electronic data files with initiation, collation and distribution of fleet cards and associated materials.
- Fleet card replacement and cancellation management.
- Processing of monthly fleet card renewals.
- Data entry relating to Federal Gov’t unit set-up, management and termination.
- Procurement and management of cardlock products.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Managing competing priorities with flexibility and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment.
- Act as a resource, support and back up to the Card Services Supervisor.
What are we looking for?
- Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient and accurate data-entry skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
