Description
JOBJACK is looking for a world-changer with a heart for unemployment to help build up our related NGO, JOB-ABLED. You will work closely with our operations team to reach our vision to Employ the World. As the JOB-ABLED Project Manager, you will be undertaking all recruitment activities to connect people with disabilities to relevant job opportunities through our JOBJACK recruitment platform.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects with the directors of JOB-ABLED.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and/or job seekers as well as any other parties involved.
- Execute and monitor projects from conception, through to implementation with resourcefulness.
- Collaborate on JOB-ABLED projects through planning, budgeting and action plan creation.
- Ensure that activities are carried out smoothly, that grant agreements are met and that activities adhere to the policies and the donor’s requirements.
- Provide weekly updates on any projects with activity reports, meeting minutes, and financial reports.
- Discover and implement innovative ideas.
- Be a spokesperson for the cause.
Requirements:
