My client in Durban is seeking an experienced Production Manager with experience in an engineering production environment, preferably electronics manufacturing.
Minimum and Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Electronics Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/Production Management is essential
- Minimum of 10 years previous experience in a managerial role in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in a contract manufacturing company.
- Excellent leadership and management skills are critical
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills at a technical and professional level
- A seasoned, experienced leader who can select, teach, coach and mentor a workforce to support quality-driven, customer focused operations
